Gerald S. Hymanson is an attorney licensed to practice law in the states of New Jersey and New York, and concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate and Tax Planning, Wealth and Succession Planning, Estate and Trust Settlement and Litigation, Business Planning, Commercial Litigation and all aspects of Real Estate transactions.
Jerry graduated Emory University Law School in 1989 with a concentration in Business, Estate and Tax Planning. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Emory University in 1986. After spending several years in the tax department of the world’s top accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, he established his own law firm in 1991.
With over 25 years of legal, tax, accounting and business experience, Jerry has represented clients in:
